This Studio is on the first floor of a restored Tamil House and one needs to climb a flight of stairs to go up. There are two bedrooms and an open kitchen. The second room can be converted into study. There are two bathrooms.
Electricity, WIFI, water, cleaning services will be included in the short term rental. Pool and personal laundry usage is optional and charged extra.
The kitchenette is eqipped with a refrigerator, water purifier, induction plate, toaster, kettle and basic utensils and crockery for 2 people. Linen and towels are changed once a week.
A short term lease agreement will be signed with the owner when booking is confirmed.
