This Studio is on the second floor and one can climb a flight of stairs to go up or take the Elevator up to the terrace which connects to this unit. There are two rooms on two levels. The lower level has the kitchenette and the bathroom while the bed and the wardrobes are on the upper level.
Electricity, WIFI, water, cleaning services will be included in the short term rental. Pool and personal laundry usage is optional and charged extra.
The kitchenette is eqipped with a refrigerator, water purifier, induction plate, toaster, kettle and basic utensils and crockery for 2 people. Linen and towels are changed once a week.
A short term lease agreement will be signed with the owner when booking is confirmed.
